InBalance Northwest is a wonderful place to begin your Pilates and Yoga Journey. I’ve had classes with Pris and Aubrey; yoga with Natalie. All three of these ladies are wonderful Instructors!
Came with a friend for a barre class and had such a great time! The instructor was so sweet and fun. The lady who checked us in was helpful and so nice. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.
Carla’s Wednesday mat Pilates class is the perfect midweek reset! Her instruction is clear, supportive, and thoughtfully paced—challenging enough to feel it, but never overwhelming. Highly recommend!
Inbalance is a gem! This has completely changed the way I look at working out and taking care of my body. The classes are at all levels and the instructors make you feel so comfortable! I would highly recommend this studio and instructors to anyone! 💜💜
I had the chance to take a TRX class here. The class starts on time the place is located on the second floor and the instructor in class was great. wasn't thinking I was going to break such a sweat in the class. We worked out the full body and all the muscles I felt amazing after and I know continuation of The class Will build so much muscle in places I you didn't even know you had muscle. The workout worked was At your own pace so no pressureTo try and get in all the reps. just do what you can I really enjoyed the class and plan to try this along with others in the future five stars to the cleanliness and great instructor being as she went through every new move to ensure we were having correct posture and doing the Movements correctly.
