Can I give zero stars? One is too many. In the summer of 2025, Innovative Audio sold me the absolute worst, glitchy, slow, always-freezing replacement screen (for $2,200!!!) for my Ford Expedition and then gave me the run around for months about a refund, which they never gave (and never called me back on, except for one “we’re still working on it” call). Cool well it’s been months since I heard from them and I flushed two G’s down the toilet. Innovative Audio should be ASHAMED of themselves.
Big shout out to the Innovative Audio team, and Nick! Just got my first remote (viper) start after living in Utah for many years. Should have gotten one sooner. Nick was a huge help in answering all my questions, and really appreciate the extra effort in explaining the control setup, and even helping me customize the remote. I couldn’t be more thrilled with both price, and quality of service. If you’re like I was and sleeping on getting a remote start heading into the winter—don’t. This is a cold weather must have IMO. I’m very thrilled with the results and would definitely buy all over again.
Nick hooked me up at Innovative Audio. He powder coated my rims jet black and installed train horns, for a very reasonable price. If Nick’s boss is reading this, he deserves another PTO day and extra Christmas bonus this year. I wish all my employees were even half as responsible, informative and good with customer service as he is with customers. I employ a few people and although they’re good, I would hire Nick to run my crew in a heart beat! Innovative Audio did a fabulous job, shout out also to the installers obviously. Can’t wait to come back and get more upgrades on my Truck Norris.
Brought my truck in after I was unable to get my reverse camera working. I was quoted a half an hour of work. I was brought back and shown what the issue was with my installation. It was then corrected, cleaned up and done better than my own work. I know they worked on it longer than a half an hour but I was still only charged for the quoted half. I would definitely go back there again.
You guys knocked it out of the park! Brought my 2018 F150 for new speakers, subs, and a DSP. Bill worked within my price range and his recommendations couldn't have been more perfect. The custom sub box under the seat turned out fantastic. Innovative has been around forever and they know their stuff. THANK YOU!
