I found Irons and Ales from a Google search and am sure glad I did. First thing is that the atmosphere is light and friendly. The staff is fantastic and the regulars are welcoming. I was invited to join the dart league and plan to return. They had the screen sports, but I did not participate that night. Then there’s the food. It was advised that I get the burgers were excellent. It may have been one of the best ones I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place both for the food and the fun.
Burger! Fresh new kitchen (still working on the menu) Burger are great, french frys in the beef tallow.....come on! Play some games have some cold drinks enjoy some fun in Athens! Kyla will make sure you have a great time and understand how everything works!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great New Year’s Eve at Irons & Ales in Athens, Alabama. Live DJ was excellent and kept the dance floor packed all night. A friendly staff member welcomed us and helped us find seats right away. My girlfriend loved the Hole-in-One drink. Big space with multiple TVs and virtual golf stations. One of the most fun spots for Athens nightlife—highly recommend for NYE or a night out. 🍾🎶⛳️
Go here! We visited as a family without knowing what to expect, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. There are fun games for both little kids and adults—it’s so much more than just a golf simulator. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the prices were very family-friendly, especially considering the generous portions. You could easily spend double or triple at Topgolf, but here you get more options, better service, and the bonus of supporting a local business. Our 4-year-old even said, “Dad, I want to have my birthday there!” We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone.
Great place to eat and listen to music. Kaylee and Luke were the providers of great music. The Ruben sandwich was delicious. Sweet tea is sweet. Very reasonably priced food.
