Chairs were chipped and worn. Lots of scratches. Appeared dirty but they weren’t just stained. Buy some new chairs! Ordering picking up and bringing back process was good. Employees were pleasant and agreed that they should be replaced.

My husband and I went in to look at the glassware we rented and spoke with Luis. He was great, he explained everything to us and made the visit worthwhile. I spoke with 2 of his staff members over the phone, and they were also very helpful, too. I will rent from them again.

This place was horibble I ordered black chairs for my wedding venue this past weekend, I paid 660 dollars for chairs that were all scratched up and I mean bad, the chairs are in bad condition. Then the chairs were suppose to be picked up Monday , they call Monday giving me the run around saying they were not going to get the chairs until Tuesday , they could never give me a time frame they would get the chairs or just give me a call back with information! Never will I order from them again I should be refunded something for how horrible the chairs were and dirty as hell .

If I could leave a review without checking any stars I would. First time renting from it’s my party and the worst experience. I called them asking what time they would be delivering they told me noon. I waited 1:45 came around nothing no call or anything. I called them to find out what’s going on Gionna said they had a mix up went to deliver at another party that wasn’t until November. She said they were on their way to make our delivery. 3:30 and still hadn’t arrived called back and they said they wouldn’t be there for a few hours and STILL no courtesy call letting me know . As if I didn’t have a million other things to do to get ready for our event but wait around until they decided to show up . They didn’t deliver until 5:30 no courtesy calls or anything. Very unprofessional. We were getting splinters from the tables being so beat up the chairs were super dirty I had to wipe down 130 chairs and they were all scratched up . I paid the extra money to get nicer chairs and got junk . I get a call Today asking if they can pick up the chairs & tables Wednesday. Our event was Saturday. I begin voicing my complaint to Gionna and she said well they are rentals as if that’s ok for them to be that way. I told her it doesn’t matter people pay the extra money to get nicer items I paid nearly $800. If I wanted crappy chairs I could have rented cheap plastic ones and chair covers . She said she didn’t appreciate being talked to like that . I told her i wasn’t raising my voice at her or cursing . She shouldn’t have a problem me telling them how unhappy I was about the whole situation. She mentioned that she basically didn’t care because it wasn’t her business when I told her I wouldn’t rent from them again. Instead they should be calling me about the balance they owe me and when they would have my check in the mail . I asked who I could speak with she said the owner travels between here and Montana and the manger has children she takes care of so it’s really hard to get a hold of them . So basically there’s no one else to speak with . Well I really hope the Owner reads these reviews and sees that the people he leaves in charge running his business while they are gone don’t give a damn about their customers who bring them business. That is a very bad business move having people like Gionna and their delivery guys run it while he’s gone. The right thing would have been to get a hold of the manager and make the time to give their customer a courtesy call back apologizing for any inconvenience. I will make sure to let others know when asking for rentals not to rent from Its My Party rentals.
