It was scheduled preventative maintenance for a large commercial space that includes offices and a common break area. Sasha carried out a detailed system check, adjusted operating parameters, and confirmed that all zones were heating correctly. The service was efficient, well-organized, and clearly focused on long-term reliability. Great communication and a very professional approach.
Very satisfied with JW and especially with Sasha’s work. Our heating system was shutting down intermittently and going into a fault mode. Sasha identified that a safety sensor was tripping due to incorrect settings and dust buildup inside the unit. He serviced the system, corrected the settings, and thoroughly tested everything. Professional, friendly, and reliable service. The heating system now works smoothly and consistently.
We contacted JW because our heating system was not maintaining a stable temperature. It was getting too warm and then too cold. The technician Sasha quickly identified that the thermostat settings were not properly calibrated for the system. He explained how everything works, answered all of our questions in detail, and adjusted the settings correctly. After the service, the temperature became consistent and comfortable. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
We had an issue where the heating system was slow to start and sometimes would not turn on at all. JW sent Sasha, who performed a full inspection and found a communication wiring issue and control response problem. Everything was fixed during the visit, and the system was restarted and fully tested. Sasha took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Excellent service and a very positive experience overall.
