The caterer did an amazing job for our annual Christmas party! The chicken was everyone’s favorite, the roast and potatoes were delicious, and the cookies were a hit. Thank you for making our dinner unforgettable—can’t wait to book again!

Jackson’s 5 Star Catering was the exclusive catering service for The Event House. They provided the food and service back in November 2025 for my mother‘s celebration of life event. From picking out the menu and discussing options to the service itself, they were extremely professional and caring. The service the day of was also top-tier. They made sure all of my elderly and disabled guests were able to get food. They took their order, prepared their plate and brought it to them. Their team did all of the set up serving and cleanup, so I could focus on spending time celebrating my mom with my family. The food was absolutely delicious. I had dozens of guests tell me how good the food was. We had chicken, spaghetti, green beans, and a few other sides. Everything was seasoned well, and there was plenty of food for all of my guests. I even had enough to send some people home with to go plates. Overall a great experience I would recommend using them for all your catering needs.

Went yesterday for their fall festival.. $12 for a sausage and then charged $1 to use card which is illegal… Secondly whoever took my order was thee most unpleasant unprofessional women ever. I walked up to the truck no greeting which is strange.. I asked for a sausage she then told me the cost for the mid food then when it was ready she said “here” and that was it. Never again

I’m an event coordinator and for most of our in office events we use Jackson Five Star catering. Their attention to detail is top tier. I expressed my that my concern for our largest event outdoors was wait time. They set up 6 double sided lines for us and served over 600 people within 12 minutes. Just Amazing! They are great to work with and they always add their own decor touches to elevate the experience. I appreciate their team Joseph and Cindy are the best.

We got fried oreos, a corn dog, and two elephant ears. The oreos and corn dog were cool, but those elephant ears?? They were chewy and both had patches of uncooked dough. I was expecting that crispy crunch with soft middle typically associated with elephant ears, but this honestly just taste like lazy pizza dough with cinnamon sugar
