I have been working with Will from Jae's Personal Training for a few months and have lost 20+ pounds. I feel better, and I am wearing a pants size I haven't been able to fit for years. Ive been training with Jae for several months now and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. My work schedule is ever changing and Jae has been very easy to work with. He is a great communicator and accommodating to my needs, which is huge! Jae created a plan incorporating my personal goals with the best mode of action to achieve them.
