We had the pleasure of designing our wedding bands & engagement ring with Janai. Jeseylina welcomed us from 1st design appointment, to viewing stone, all the way to pickup. Having the largest selection of coloured diamonds in Melbourne, Janai did not disappoint. We selected a gorgeous pink diamond, rather rare in marquise cut & luckily found matching rare kite cut diamond pairs as well. We are absolutely in love with them !! We went through a redesign for the rings & Jeseylina was quick to respond to our requests & even with this delay we got our rings made all within 2 months. Thank you again Janai team, the whole ring design and purchase has been a dream, we will definitely be recommending Janai to everyone. 🙏❤️
I ordered my engagement ring from Janai Jewellery, and from the first online consultation, Tim was helpful and kind enough to explain everything from zero. I had no idea where to start with diamonds, but he made it easy to understand and guided me patiently through each step. When I visited the store, they even gave me a quick tour of the showroom and workshop, which made the experience feel even more personal. The process from design to pickup was smooth, and the ring turned out beautiful, even better than I imagined. My now fiancée is really happy with it.
