Had an incredibly lovely experience at the business today, whereby I emailed late at night panicked about not being able to remove my rings prior to a surgery (pregnancy swelling). The owner replied to me the same night, which I never expected and saw my first thing on a Monday morning. He was incredibly compassionate and understanding, doing everything he could to help me. I am so thankful we were able to remove my rings and look forward to returning when my sausage fingers return to their normal weight for repairs. Thank you for your kindness, it went a long way for a very pregnant and stressed woman! 🙏🏼

I learnt so much from Joseph and found the whole process of selecting our engagement and wedding rings absolutely fascinating. Not only did we create a design that feels timeless, but the rings are also incredibly practical for everyday wear.
