Janice was such a joy to work with for my bridal hair and makeup. Planning a wedding day from abroad is always challenging, but Janice was extremely responsive and made coordination a breeze. On the day of, she made me feel so comfortable as we were getting ready and my hair and makeup lasted all day long. Thank you, Janice!
Janice from JD Bridal did a hair and make up trial for me at the end of last year and i was very happy with the results so i asked Janice to do my hair and make up on my wedding day in Edinburgh on 6th June 2025. Despite a last minute change of bridal prep location, Janice didn’t let me down and arrived very early to do hair and make up for me, the bride, my flower girl and my sister in law. We were all extremely happy with the results and amazed at how good we looked! This lady can work miracles with your hair and your face. A master with a make up kit and hair tongs. I would highly recommend Janice for both hair and make up. Just tell her what you are looking for (take pictures) and she will listen and get the results you want. Janice is also a really nice person, with a fab singing voice and music selection to keep you entertained!
I couldn't be happier with the hair and makeup for my wedding! Janice did a fantastic job not only on me, but also my mum and bridesmaids. She was lovely, professional, and made everyone feel totally at ease. I really appreciated the extra care she took with my sensitive scalp as well. Highly recommend!
Janice did such an incredible job on my hair and makeup for my wedding! Friends and family commented on how amazing both looked and agreed with me that my hair looked even better than the Pinterest photos that I used as inspiration. I literally teared up when I saw my bridal hair for the first time because it was so magical and better than I could have imagined. Janice seemed to know exactly what kind of makeup looked good on me without overdoing it. I honestly wouldn't change a thing about my hair and makeup on my wedding day. It was so perfect! Janice also gave so many great tips to enhance my hair and makeup leading up to my special day. I am so thankful to have found her and would book her again a thousand times over if I could. My husband and I are from the U.S. and eloped at Melville Castle. Janice drove to us which was so helpful! I highly recommend using her for any of your hair and makeup needs!
Janice did a phenomenal job with hair and makeup for my wedding! Our makeup looked lovely and very natural with just a bit of extra glam!! She made us look great without making it feel like you had a ton of makeup on your face!! All of the hair styles looked lovely and we were all very happy with our looks. The hair and makeup lasted the whole day and looked just as good at the end of the night!! I would highly recommend Janice!! She makes you look like a bit more fabulous version of yourself for a special day!!
