I needed several things from my Honda Accord and the team there with Miguel the boss rounded up everything that I needed and had me out by 6 o’clock. I got there at 3 o’clock and I was back on the road with my car feeling like it was 10 years ago. These guys are good welcome back again and they honored the senior citizen discount. Thank you, Miguel.
Never go there. If you don’t know anything about cars and its your first car has some little problem they will make it more problem and they will try to charge hell a lot of money. And even problem is small they will scare you and they will say you can’t drive the car. I went there 3 months ago There was problem in my rare shock absorber these people literally was scaring me like I can’t drive the car you have change front and rare whole shocks. They quoted me 1500$ for every shocks but i went to local mechanic he did in 200$ and now my car doesn’t even make noise.
Adrian saved the day when my car wasn’t starting and had to get the battery replaced. Everything was efficient, professional, and done with great care to make sure I can get the car back in great shape again. He also filled up my tire pressure at the end and gave it a test drive to ensure everything was smooth before I drove it home. Will definitely return for more services needed and highly recommend Adrian and the rest of this team!!!
Quick easy friendly service! Andre at front desk was very nice, brought in a coupon for a different franchise but he was kind to offer me a discount . Chadi and Charles took care of my vehicle. Very nice people. Will be back when I’m back in the area.
This Jiffy Lube is an absolute nightmare. Last year they put the wrong oil thickness in my car, which forced me to go back FOUR times plus drive all the way to my dealer in Irvine. Only after all that hassle did they promise me a free oil change to make up for their mistake. Jose and Adrian both told me it was noted on my profile. Fast forward to now I show up to redeem that free oil change, show them photos proving I was there, and they still claim they “don’t see it in the system” and refuse to honor it. I even left work early twice (which cost me money) to try to get this resolved. One of those times, they told me they close at 6 p.m., but when I arrive at 5:50 p.m. they said “oh no, we actually cut off at 5:45.” Another wasted trip. This place lies to customers, does sloppy work, and then refuses to take responsibility. They wasted my time, my money, and my patience. I will never come back and I strongly urge everyone else to stay far away from this location.
