Scam Operation. Wants to charge you extra to patch a tire depending on your car (scam). ALL TIRES ARE PATCHED THE SAME THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BASED ON YOUR CAR. If I brought them in a tire without a car, they would ask me what car it belonged to so they can charge me extra when they patch it.
I called to see if they had a 225/25 zr17.... and they did. SoCal experienced heavy rains and potholes everywhere and they were packed. I was 6th in line and still got out of there with the correct tire needed, not just the one I incorrectly asked for, to match the other side which was a 225/35 17 in about 35 mins. The replacement used tire looked like a new tire. $85 for a Bridgestone Potenza Sport in near new condition is a steal when it costs $225 new! Seriously!
Worst place I’ve ever taken my car. The staff is dishonest and rude. I’ve been there a few times, but the last two visits made me completely lose trust in them. I called ahead both times to confirm the price, but when I arrived and they saw my m2, the price suddenly jumped to about 1.5x what they originally told me. I decided to give them one more chance, and the exact same thing happened again. I will never come back here. If you don’t want to be overcharged and feel taken advantage of, avoid this place.
I got a tire installed here, and the next morning it was already 50% deflated. When I came back, they said they could fix it — but only for an additional charge. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
Dishonest! Absolutely Awful! They do not provide good service at all! Make sure you thoroughly inspect the tire they select for you. Check both sides and look under where they handle it, as they try to hide any damage under their hands. I ended up with a $75 used tire that was in terrible condition. I had to return to this place three times that night, driving for hours and several miles. I used up a full tank of gas ($85 for premium) just going back and forth. I strongly advise against bringing young girls here. The staff stared at my 17-year-old daughter so long that she had to sit on the car floor to feel safe. Also, this place only accepts cash and charged me $75 for this messed-up used tire (1 tire had a repaired side blowout, 1 tire had the steel showing, and the last tire had cosmetic damage). While I was there, they serviced at least eight vehicles (8 x $75 = $600) from around 8 PM until I returned for the last time, and finally left around midnight, with each visit lasting only 15 to 20 minutes. No receipts were given, and it was cash-only. Please report them to the IRS (not to be confused with ICE).
