They do not inform you about the cost of the service ahead of time, so I assure you will be shocked since the prices are too high; for easy service like changing headlight they charged almost $40. Not recommended
Worst mechanic I've ever had in my life. Please stay far away from anything but an oil change here. After Jiffy Lube installed new pads and rotors on my vehicle, I had an inspection done a few months later by another reputable mechanic. They said incorrect sizes on the front and suggested I go back to Jiffy Lube to have them replace it. The mechanic is a rude, arrogant, stubborn human who is uninformed. He refused to compare the specs of the parts that were originally installed by Jiffy Lube with OEM spec of the vehicle. He instead insisted it was that my brakes need bled. He "bled" the brakes and came out worse than when I brought it in. Taking my car to the dealership now after wasting my morning. Again, DO NOT LET THIS MECHANIC TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. UPDATE: SUBARU CONFIRMED THAT THE INCORRECT SIZES WERE INSTALLED. The Jiffy Lube mechanic lied and said he checked that sizes were correct the last time we were in. This negligence could have caused irreparable damage to my vehicle and potentially is life threatening in the event of failure. I warn all that go in here. Please be cautious of who you go to for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Recommend getting critical work done only from a reputable mechanic or dealership.
R. Ross was a great technician who helped me out with my oil change. Super patient, friendly, and understood I was in a rush and didn't press for additional services. Appreciate the communicative team and also their attention to detail! (I had some gunk on my windshield affecting visibility, which they took the initiative to clean.) Thank you 🙏

She was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated how she provided practical tips for maintaining an older car—especially regarding oil condition and usage patterns. She helped me better understand when a change is truly necessary based on how the vehicle is driven, not just mileage. While fully respecting company protocols, she still found a way to offer thoughtful, personalized guidance that helped me make informed decisions. She also coordinated support with the team she worked with smoothly when needed and maintained a calm, respectful presence throughout. It's clear she values both the customer and the quality of her work. Overall, a very positive visit. I’d recommend this location for anyone looking for thorough, honest service.
Informative staff, reasonable price. I was stressed about my brake light, ABS & traction lights on but was also in need of an oil change & tire rotation. They were able to do everything in a little over an hour, they don’t work with the electronic components of the vehicles but I was actually able to reset the buttons on my hybrid myself & they disappeared after my brake pads were replaced here which is great! 10/10 recommend, car is normal again!
