Very nice workers and fast. They changed and flushed some fluids they recommended. I was going to take my car in for the steering noise. The fluid was full, but apparently old and dirty.
The customer service here is amazing. They treated me kindly from the moment I arrived and made my oil change easy and stress free. They explained what my car needed and did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. I left feeling happy and confident. Thank you for excellent service.
Great experience at this location! Pedro and his crew were professional, super nice and seem to enjoy working together. They performed a full service oil change, completed the checklist tasks and had me out of there in about 15 minutes. Definitely going back to this location for the next oil change. Thanks Pedro!
My husband and I love to come here. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We love the way they all work together each step of the way! We have other places closer to our house that do oil changes but we drive a little bit further so we can come here!
Absolutely unacceptable experience at Oil Changers. The receipt checklist claims a full suite of inspections—battery, air filter, belts, lights, wiper blades, fluid levels, under‑hood and under‑vehicle checks—but none of it was actually done. They only changed the oil and briefly checked tire pressure, then rushed me out the door. When I pointed this out and turned back around, the staff insisted everything was done—despite the fact I sat in my car the whole time and witnessed none of it. I even have dash cam footage proving they didn’t perform the checklist, but they refused to acknowledge any mistake, dismissed me, and refused to return to verify. This is far from a “Drive Thru. Drive Happy” service—it’s misleading advertising. I paid for a full service and got bare minimal oil change—no fluids topped, no inspections, no explanations. It feels like they simply checked boxes on my receipt to cover their tracks. I have dash cam footage showing no one checked anything but oil and tire pressure. Customer service offered no correction, no apology, and no accountability. Save your time and money—go to a trusted, independent mechanic who actually performs what they charge for. I wish there was a option to give 0 stars
