I have been a customer of JM Edwards for years and am yet to be displeased about an experience or purchase. The showroom is stunning, the customer service is unmatched and the knowledge of the team is insurmountable. Christian has been my “person” here since day one. From Rolex purchases to custom jewelry design to resizing and cleaning, JME has never let me down and will have my business for years to come. The prices are incredibly reasonable too. Being a small independent store, they don’t have the markups due to excessive overhead that those other big jewelers have. You will absolutely, hands down get a better value and experience at JM Edwards than anywhere else. You will never be disappointed with this place, that I’m confident in.
Sending out a big "Thumbs up" to J. M. Edwards Jewelers on Kildaire Farm Road in Cary. I'll expose my stupidity by saying that I put two David Yurman bracelets into a dental/jewelry cleaner along with a polident tablet for cleaning this morning (I do it all the time with my engagement ring and it makes it sparkle). But not knowing the difference between white gold and silver, imagine my horror when I took out the bracelets and they looked ruined. Jeff recommended that we jump in the car and go to someone who knows about these things instead of attempting 'home fixes' that may do more damage. We arrived at J. M. Edwards and they knew right away by looking at me how upset I was (the bracelets are very sentimental to me). The salesclerk took them upstairs to their 'expert' and brought me down a bottled water (along with some reassurance) while we waited. 10 minutes later they brought both pieces down and they sparkled like new! I'm sure I embarrassed both of them when I hugged them and sobbed like they had risen the dead for me. Not only did they take care of my situation right away, but they wouldn't take and $$ for their rescue (not even a holiday 'tip'). I've gone to this jeweler several times because I know they are so knowledgeable, but now wild horses couldn't drag me anywhere else. Thanks, J. M. Edwards for my "Christmas Miracle"! (Thanks also to my husband who managed to talk me off the cliff while we were going thru all of this!).
It was a pleasure working with JM Edwards on our custom engagement ring. They went the extra mile to be sure I received my ring in time for my surprise proposal. I also thought the pricing was very competitive, even compared to online retailers. My fiancé and I are very happy with the final ring and will be back for our wedding back.
