I wanted to publicity thank your employee Colton for coming out to our house at 5pm on a Friday. What was hopefully going to be a check up turned into a larger issue when he found a leak that kept him there for almost 3 hours. He was so kind and determined to fix the issue and my wife and I can’t thank him enough. We had just moved into this house a day before so having someone come out to fix the leak in such a professional manor made our day. Thanks, Colton!
My plumber (who was way across town) recommended that I call Johnny Rooter. He said, "these guys have the equipment that you might need for any kind of a clogged drain situation. They're quick, and they're fairly priced. Call them right now!" (Friday, 3:15 p.m.) By 3:31 p.m. they were pulling up to my house. 😲 Sam assessed the situation, and commenced wrangling various instruments instruments, unfurling the twirling tools that rooted out the clog in my drain. His demeanor was pleasant, professional and no nonsense. He performed the emergency repair, cleaned up, and recommended next steps for prevention purposes. I was braced for a big repair bill, but was happily surprised. So impressed! Sam mentioned that they are 24 hours, so I'm so saving their number! You should too! 5 stars!!! Thanks. Sam!
We have had multiple experiences with this company, and they always perform well. Last Friday Alex came out to our house for a drain stoppage, and he was truly impressive. Quick, competent, and most importantly, obviously honest with real integrity and concern for his customers. If I ran a plumbing firm I would try to hire him. But I hope he stays with JR.
Johnny Rooter did a great job with my water heater installation! Jason and John were very thorough, speedy, and knowledgeable. Jason made sure to explain each step of the process, and answered all of my questions. I was also confident that they brought the installation up to code. Their dispatch team called me before they arrived with an accurate ETA. Overall excellent experience!
