Steve Albert was the Master Plumber who troubleshot and diagnosed my plumbing issue and Mike Tovar was the tech who did the fast and exceptional plumbing repair. Really phenomenal response time, diagnosis, and repair work by these two! All piping issues diagnosed and fixed 24hours after I requested help following a leak. Excellent turns and I now have hot water before my guest arrive. Highly recommend Radiant - thank you!
David B serviced the gas line on my dryer and was friendly, professional, and very nice (and great with dogs!). He explained everything clearly and did excellent work. I’d highly recommend him as a servicer. Overall, Radiant was great—this was my second time working with them, and they were timely and helpful once again.

He generously shared his knowledge, explained everything in a clear and thoughtful way, and conducted a thorough investigation to ensure my home was running smoothly from top to bottom. I was concerned I might have a leak, and David took the time to check every possibility, never rushing, never dismissing a question. He did end up replacing a plumbing fixture on my hose bib and walked me through exactly what he was doing and why—step by step, with patience and care. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. More than fixing a problem, David gave me something far more valuable: peace of mind. He made me feel safe, informed, and completely confident in the work being done. I truly look forward to any future interactions, knowing my home is in such capable and trustworthy hands. I want to sincerely thank Radiant Plumbing for employing exceptional professionals like David Farmer. The level of care, knowledge, and integrity he brought into my home speaks volumes about the company as a whole.
