This morning, I brought my new watch in for a resizing of the band. I had never patronized Joseph's before. I immediately was sent to the right guy who made a number of adjustments until it was perfect, all while I waited and all in a most expeditious manner. The gentleman who took care of me was friendly and knowledgeable. The cost for the service was extremely negligible. I could not recommend Joseph's more highly. Six stars.....

These amazing reviews are all so real! My fiance got my engagement ring from Joseph’s a year ago and in that year alone, we got him a chain and our wedding bands also. Everything has been amazing quality and beautiful to look at. Everyone who works here is personable and kind and makes it easy to come back. I look forward to coming here for more future purchases. I cant recommend Joseph’s enough!

I made a impulsive purchase online prior to the holidays. A watch I had years ago, which I loved, a version popped up on IG as it does when your phone is tracking you. I couldnt resist. However, it was a little big when I received it. I needed to have it resized. I do wear a lot of jewelry, so I dont have a go to. I went to Joseph Jewelry and asked if they could size it. Without a hesitation or rolling their eyes at my obviously cheap watch, they took the time to size it correctly and did it for a great price! They also had a great selection of jewelry and watches which I looked at as I was waiting. There is one watch I may have to go back for when my birthday comes up.
