Awesome experience from booking, to drop off, to pick up. Bobby and his family were prompt in answering my questions and overall really great to work with. He brought his two little boys who were actually the same age as my boys and they played together and got along really well while Bobby set everything up. We rented the bounce house obstacle course and every single kid from ages 4 to 18 loved it. Even the adults took a run on it. It was perfect for all ages. I've already sent their information to a friend for her party. Will be recommending Jumping Cactus anytime anyone needs a bounce rental. Thank you again and will definitely be reaching out when we need another bounce house!

Lifesavers Every Single Time! They have come to my rescue several times now, and they never disappoint. They are always incredibly friendly, professional and quick to respond; seriously, even when I’m calling last minute in full party planning panic mode. Communication is fast and clear, availability is great and they always make the process stress-free. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on them when plans come together late (which seems to be my specialty). Highly recommend if you want reliable service, kind people and a company that actually answers the phone and helps right away. I’ll definitely continue using them for future parties!

We had an amazing experience with Jumping Cactus Party Rentals! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. The team was friendly, professional, and arrived right on time for setup. The tables/chairs were super clean and in great condition you could tell they take pride in their equipment. Communication was excellent, and they made sure every detail was perfect for our event. Even with last minute changes I had they always go above and beyond. The kids had a blast, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend Jumping Cactus for any party or event we’ll definitely be using them again! 🎉

Bobby saved my kids party! After a horrible lady did not respond. Frantically I called around and Bobby got back to me right away. He delivered same day and set up. I would recommend him for all rentals.
