I always have a great experience with the Precision Tune team at Baileywick. They’re incredibly friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. They explain what my car needs, give fair prices, and get me back on the road quickly. It’s rare to find a shop this trustworthy and consistent. Highly recommend!
I see some bad reviews here and generic responses from management. Nevertheless, I had a great experience at precision Auto tune . For over a year, I have had an issue starting my car. ( It left me stranded more than once. )I took my car to the dealer because it was under warranty, but they couldn't duplicate the issue. But the mechanics at Precision Auto Tune seemed to use common sense ( signs of a failing starter we're all there) and figured out that it was very likely a bad starter. My mechanic spent hours on my car and replaced the starter, ending the stress of never knowing if my car would start! It was pricey but I am very grateful to the two mechanics who dealt with the issue. They were smart and diligent. Thank you..

I moved to Raleigh two years ago and this is the only shop I've gone to for service because they have such good reviews. However, I've had to dish out extra money to fix services they completed on my car that I continuously said was an issue. Got my front & rear brakes replaced in October of last year. A week after getting them replaced, I returned to the shop due to hearing a scrubbing noise coming from the front brakes when applying pressure to stop & when releasing the pedal. I was told the technician couldn't replicate any noises and that the brakes were fine. Over the next year, I retuned for oil changes and again for them to check my brakes since I was told there was a 24 month warranty. Once again, I was told my brakes were fine. I didn't believe that to be possible so I asked them to look again before I went to pick up my car. I never got a call from the shop and once I called, was told all was fine once again. I took my car to Toyota for a second opinion and the technician immediately knew the brakes & rotors were bad when they test drove it. Stated the brakes were aftermarket and that the rotors had hot spots & were discolored. After getting them replaced by Toyota, my car is driving perfectly. Unfortunate that my concerns weren't taken seriously and that I've paid almost $1000 for front brakes over the span of a year when the issue could have gotten fixed. Looking forward to hopefully rectifying the situation and I have reached out to the shop.
