I saw Johanna for my curly hair and she did wonders. All I needed was to get rid of some split ends but she trimmed, cleaned up my layers, and shaped up my curls. Very knowledgeable about curls. I always get stressed about having it dried but she diffused and let the rest air dry! Very satisfied.
Brooke is fantastic! I moved here several years ago, and I was used to having my haircut and colored at a high-end salon in New York City. A friend introduced me to Brooke and I have been extremely satisfied with her haircut and coloring services. She’s a great listener, is very realistic about what your hair will or will not do,and guides you appropriately. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Welcoming salon. I saw Shelby Ann for the first time. She is delightful and talented. She listened to my requests (in helping correct a cut from another stylist, in another salon) and checked in numerous times to make sure we were on the same page since we were in it “together.” I will definitely be back to work with Shelby Ann.
I cannot recommend Shelby Ann at Kaleidoscope Salon enough! After seven years of consistently being disappointed with my highlights since moving to Chattanooga, I finally found my hair soulmate. Having loved Aveda salons in Miami and Nashville, I knew I was in good hands, but Shelby exceeded all my expectations. She took her time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and even asked to see pictures of my hair when I liked the color the most to ensure she understood exactly what I envisioned. Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel so valued. The result was absolutely perfect — my hair looks gorgeous, and I almost cried tears of happiness when I saw the final look! The entire staff at Kaleidoscope Salon is so professional, friendly, and welcoming, creating an environment where I felt completely taken care of. I’ve already convinced my mom to book her appointment with Shelby next week! If you’re looking for an extraordinary salon experience with top-notch talent, Shelby Ann is the stylist to see. Truly a five-star experience all around!
This was my first time coming to this salon. Shelby (with the blue hair) did a wonderful job! She asked me a lot of questions and took her time. This was my first real haircut since completing chemo last year, and I appreciated how thorough she was. I will definitely come back!
