For nearly the life of the studio, I have been attending Kanti Yoga classes. Great team of teachers who are all experienced practitioners and always bringing new and challenging ideas and shapes to us. Very clean and great selection of props we can use in classes. Very responsive to feedback about new classes which might be offered.
I attend Kanti Yoga as a “yoga newbie” and could not recommend enough. I was welcomed with warmness as soon as I entered and the beautiful instructor made sure I was comfortable and guided me along the way. The studio is lovely and calm and the yin/yang session was both invigorating and relaxing. If you’re a yoga newbie like me or an experience yogi I would definitely suggest booking a class with this studio
Kanti yoga is so inviting, regardless how good you are at yoga, you will automatically fit in and feel very comfortable in this space. I love the fact that a lady owns and runs it and is very welcoming to all. They also run a good mix of classes; suitable for those that want the more intense classes and those that want a slower pace class. Highly recommend Kanti Yoga!
Kanti Yoga is my favourite out of many I've tried in Melbourne/Adelaide. Kanti Yoga's studio is calm, inviting, spacious and always smells nice. The teachers are friendly and open to having a chat, everything feels well thought out. While I was pregnant they gave me more attention and tailored poses. There are different classes with sufficient variation and lots of parking available. Would definitely recommend.
Kanti Yoga is one of the best studios in Adelaide! Naomi and the team are passionate instructors with a wide breadth of knowledge and experience. The studio offers a range of classes that cater to diverse work schedules - there is always a class you can catch. I highly recommend Kanti Yoga if you are looking to ameliorate your mental heath, build strength, increase flexibility and improve your quality of life.
