Maria was awesome. My 9 year old son wanted a chain for his name pendant that was not too long like the one that it came with and she was so patient with us and worked to help us find the perfect one for him. She was very attentive to his every request from the length to the thickness of the chain. Thanks for your awesome service.

Sterling's customer service is amazing. I was looking for a Christmas gift for my grandmother & what caught my eye made me think whether I wanted to buy the same piece for my grandmother, mother, sister & myself to share. Sterling was patient while I decided, answered my questions and did not pressure me into a sale. I appreciated his service so much that I referred my brother to make a purchase the next day. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained the differences between various options without making me feel rushed or pressured. He offered helpful suggestions, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. His professionalism and warm attitude made the experience enjoyable. Because of the excellent customer service, I felt comfortable choosing the perfect piece of jewelry. Overall, the salesperson provided outstanding service, and I would happily return to Kay Jewelers for future purchases.
