I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was 10 minutes late and even offered to reschedule, but the technician, Ariel, insisted it would “only take 5 minutes” and rushed through the session. She was very rough when wiping my forehead, and dismissed my concerns about the treatment on my eyebrow curve and jawline. When I asked about uneven results, she brushed it off as “fat” and immediately tried to upsell me other procedures. The whole experience felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. I would rather pay the proper price for quality care than feel undervalued as a client. Update after 6 day: After 10 minutes, having finished my 5-minute appointment, I decided that I wanted to speak with the manager, as I was not satisfied with my experience with Ariel. The front desk staff told me they would ask the manager to call me on Wednesday. I went there on Sunday, a week after waiting for the call, but they never contacted me or addressed my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with the Ultherapy treatment. It made no noticeable difference, and I observed no improvement at all. When clients mention that they do not see results, the staff only suggests purchasing another treatment or trying a different service. It seems their focus is solely on making money rather than genuinely caring about their customers.
Just finished my three sessions of IPL for acne pigmentation and I’m already seeing great results! Ever handled my last session and was super detailed and caring throughout. I’ve had skincare treatments in Korea before, and she’s definitely one of the most detail-oriented professionals I’ve come across in Vancouver. I’ve booked another laser treatment and feel hopeful that I’ll be in good hands again.
I got a skin treatment at this clinic a few days ago, great place, professional staff, specially Naz who took the best care of me, she made sure to explain all the side effects and after care procedures. She had the best attitude and made me feel very comfortable during my session.
I had a wonderful experience at Kerrisdale Medical Clinic! I was treated by Naz, one of the nicest estheticians I've ever met. She was incredibly patient, allowing me to take my time during the laser hair removal treatment, as my pain tolerance is quite low. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience even better, and she did an amazing job! I would love to try a Hydrofacial with her; her hands have a calming touch. Thank you, Kerrisdale, for having such an amazing esthetician like Naz!
The clinic is beautiful, clean, bright, and calming! For both my Hydrafacials so far, they felt closer to a peaceful spa treatment (with the medical skin benefits!) rather than a doctor's appointment like other medical skin clinics, and I love that so the experience really feels like self care. The entire team is kind and generous with their expert skin and product knowledge. And of course love my results so far on my skin from both the treatments and their product recommendations! Bonus points for cozy blankets on the treatment beds and the best relaxing instrumental playlists
