Thank you for looking after our Maxi. We saw from the daily videos and photos that she was having fun and being well looked after. We will definitely use your services again. She came home happy and tired.

After hearing great feedback from family members who have used their services before, our dog Charlie had his first multi-day boarding experience with Kip. We were probably more anxious than he was about going, but he appeared to have a lovely time. The daily videos were much appreciated so we could see him having fun during playtime, but we were most impressed by our interactions with the staff. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and enthusiastic about having Charlie stay - they were incredibly reassuring about how he was settling in, which eased our anxiety about having him away from home for the first time. We would happily use Kip again.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Kip. My two dogs Ollie and Alfie have never been in boarding before, were in boarding with Kip for four weeks. During this time I received daily videos and photos of my boys playing with the other dogs, playing fetch, swimming in the little creek or just getting tickles. I could see that they were happy and felt safe and secure. I actually thought they were having so much fun they wouldn’t want to come home! Kip picked up my dogs from the Central Coast then delivered them home to me. When Ollie and Alfie arrived home, they were happy, calm and relaxed. I can’t recommend Kip enough. I felt from the first phone call to them right through to the boys being delivered home, they were really loved while they were there.. not just looked after.

My dogs boarded for the first time ever and I was very nervous about leaving them, the staff at Kip were happy to answer any questions I had any time, regular photos and videos were uploaded to view throughout their stay and it was such a relief to see how happy my dogs were whilst staying there, I have recommended Kip Hunter Valley to friends and family and will use them again when I need care for my dogs! Thankyou so much for taking such great care of Olly and Loki 10/10 recommend! 😁

This was our first time boarding our dogs so I was very nervous with how it would go but we had an amazing experience. We got daily updates with photos and videos that really put me at ease. When I picked them up they didn’t even want to come home which I feel says a lot about their experience! As a bonus they were given a bath before we picked them up! Staff were lovely and gave us great feedback about their stay. Really happy with our experience and would definitely use this service again. Thank you to all the staff!
