Karen/KMC weddings gave us the wedding of our dreams. I can't imagine doing it without them and being able to truly enjoy it! Karen helped me find pretty much every vendor including photographer, band, florist, and everything in between. Each one was absolutely fantastic. She made the entire process fun including the day of the wedding! That entire day felt smooth and stress free for us and we were able to enjoy every moment! Lastly, her design for the wedding/reception was everything I envisioned and more! I could go on and on! 5 stars isn't enough!

Working with Karen and her assistant Kristen was truly the best decision we made for our destination wedding in Italy! From start to finish, she handled everything with such ease, professionalism, and care. She even went above and beyond to personally visit the villa we rented since it was a new vendor for her, making sure every detail was perfect for us. By the time the wedding day arrived, I was calling her “mom” because that’s exactly how she made us feel! Completely taken care of, stress free, and supported in every way. What really sets her apart is that her care didn’t stop on the wedding day. Even after, she kept in touch, texting to see how we were doing, recommending places to visit while we extended our trip, and even reaching out a week after we returned home just to check in. My husband and I even joked about asking her to be our personal travel agent because working with her was such a pleasant, seamless experience! Our day was absolutely perfect, and we owe so much of that to her. 10/10 recommend to any couple looking for not just a planner, but someone who genuinely cares about you and your experience from beginning to end!

My husband and I both agree that going with Karen and KMC Weddings for her Full Planning service for our wedding was the absolute best decision we made while wedding planning, and she was more than worth every penny. Karen is someone that you can trust to GET THINGS DONE, but she has an incredibly calming presence. She was perfect for a Type A bride like me. When I first reached out to Karen, I wanted a mixed cultural wedding with a tea ceremony that felt unique and creative but still traditional, but I had no idea where to begin. Karen listened to what my vision was, gave me vendor options that she felt would be a good fit, and was an incredible sounding board and partner throughout my almost two year wedding planning time. Karen is an excellent communicator who is thorough and direct, and she remembered all the little details I would throw out casually in conversation. She helped me and my vendor team come up with some crazy ideas, and then executed it all seamlessly. I also loved the user-friendly wedding planning platform she used, which kept me on track and made making seating charts and tracking our budget a breeze. I can't even begin to tell you how much I leaned on her and her expertise, especially as the big day got closer. On the actual wedding day, Karen and her team made me feel so at ease. I had a bridal assistant while getting ready, and I knew that Karen was just a phone call away in case I needed anything. Karen kept everything running smoothly all day (despite a couple unexpected challenges). I cried during our room reveal because her and my vendor team completely exceeded my expectations in bringing my vision to life. After the wedding, her team helped pack everything up as well so we didn't have to clean up at all. My family and friends could relax and enjoy the day just like I did! I truly cannot thank her enough for being the best wedding planner for me, and making our big day so so special and uniquely us. My husband and I will never forget it! If you are questioning whether or not to hire Karen for Full Planning, my answer will always be a resounding YES. Having access to her knowledge, expertise, and problem-solving personality are a given for any of her services, but I loved getting to see our design deck & mock-up, having her be the vendor point of contact from beginning to end, and having a vendor team that was aligned on my vision. There is so much more that goes into a wedding day than I could have ever anticipated - I don't know how people do it without a wedding planner. You can't go wrong with Karen and KMC!
