I've been training at this studio for nearly 10 years, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Master Nick and Master Tristan are outstanding instructors and mentors. They don’t just teach you how to defend yourself. Confidence, self-respect and discipline are just some of the many great things they teach. The studio is very professionally run, and the environment they’ve created is awesome. These guys are legit.

Our two children have been attending Koclanis Martial Arts for nearly 4 years, and the experience has been incredible. The instructors are exceptional—skilled, patient, and genuinely dedicated to their students' growth. Nick and Tristan are awesome and show a genuine concern for our children. Nick’s pearls of wisdom that he imparts on the kids at the end of the classes he teaches add a nice dimension to their training, helping to make our children more thoughtful people. Our kids have benefited dramatically in terms of confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. We truly appreciate everything this karate school has done for them!

The instructors are enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and are diligent about treating our son and every other student as individuals to ensure they are employing the most effective method of training while still maintaining a unified class atmosphere. The classes vary in tenor, intensity, and organization which helps keep the students stimulated and prevent stagnancy. The one-on-one communication with parents regarding their child’s progress also demonstrates a sense of great care that they have for the families that enroll in the studio and the values they aim to instill. We’re grateful for Masters Nick and Tristan and the entire staff for the energy and wisdom they bring each day!

My 4 kids started learning Taekwondo from Master Nick and Master Tristan about 4 years ago. They have been teaching my kids not only martial arts but also discipline, respect, humbleness, politeness, and importance in life, etc. They have been training mind and body. They are always friendly and professional. Their classes are fun discipline and good workout. I’m also a student as well and I just earned brown belt. I’m so happy that we found this studio!!! They are the best!!!

Wow, this has been a wonderful experience. Both Master Nick and Master Tristen are very patient and effective teachers. They have made a difference in my son's attitude and respect level in just 3 classes. This has been perfect. We tried other activities and sports that did not keep his attention or teach him anything. Just coaches babysitting in a sense. This is not that. This is people who care about the wellbeing of these kids. We are so grateful to have found this place.
