Katie did my laser treatment and truly went above and beyond my expectations. She was incredibly thorough, and her attention to detail absolutely blew me away. If you want the best possible service, book with Katie — she’s “that girl.” The front desk team was also wonderful, and a special shoutout to Cameron for making booking my next appointment smooth and effortless.
Laser Away is a such a great place !!! I get facial treatments done. The staff is very friendly and professional. The treatments I get done here are very effective. I got lip filler with taj and she did a really awesome job! Dylan (the manager) was also really helpful during the whole appointment! Overall, it was a great experience and everyone made me feel super comfortable. I have another appointment scheduled and am excited to go back!
My first appointment, i followed the recommendation of my nurse practitioner and came when she scheduled me. I think a month out or so. Then after my third session, I was concerned because there was no discernible difference and I was already a third way through my appointment. When I met to discuss this they said I had to trust the process, and most egregiously said, and I see here that after your first appointment you only waited a month, as if I was responsible for that and wasn't just doing what I was told. So I waited patiently. Did at least two months between each appointment, most times three or four months and did twelve appointments. Every time I was there I asked them to please increase the settings more and they would only go "so far," and now I am out of money and out of sessions and have a half faded, but very visible tattoo on my chest. it looked better before I went. I would have, ideally had it gone, but at this point I will take my money back and have the tattoo looking like it did before. At this point I will need another 12 sessions to actually completely get rid of the tattoo. If you want your tattoo actually gone, do not go here. Go to a place that focuses on getting rid of tattoos as oppssed to getting rid of tattoos in a way that "doesn't damage your skin." News flash! I got a tattoo there. My skin is already damaged.
The Dallas location at Park Lane is AMAZING!!! First of all, the staff is SUPER friendly and caring. The LaserAway is very clean and accommodating. Highly recommend! Also, Jalen(forgive me if I misspelled it) is AWESOME! Such a kind and gentle nurse. She was super knowledgeable and open to answer all of my questions. Will be back for more!
