I went in to get my first ever facial done and had the best experience. Zoe was super gentle and very informative and gave so many great recommendations about maintaining my skin healthy. I will definitely be back and will be booking with Zoe!

She’s honest about treatments and suggestions, never trying to upsell—you’ll feel supported and understood. Owner Louise deserves a special shout-out. She is incredibly kind and genuinely helpful, whether you’re chatting in person or on the phone. Her welcoming, authentic warmth is rare and makes you feel valued from the first contact. The service quality is outstanding. After every visit, I feel renewed, and the results of the facials are impressive. Hydrafacials are a favorite of mine here—their products are top-notch, and they tailor recommendations specifically to you. This time, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner — though I honestly didn’t realize she was the owner at first because of how hands-on, helpful, and humble she was.
