First thing in the morning my toilets and showers were backing up. I called Lawson plumbing and was given a time of 4 pm for a call. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a text letting me know that Tyler C. and another employee would arrive about. 11:15 am. They were prompt, pleasant and got right to work after asking some questions and gave me a price. They explained the process and After explaining the options I chose to have the toilet removed to snake the main sewer. They kept me apprised of how and what they were doing and how much time it would take. They finished after almost 3 hours and everything was working well.
We've been exclusively using Lawson plumbing since we bought our home in 2021. They've been out many times over the years (house is 70 yrs old), but most recently Kam came out to fix a facet bib that was leaking. While he was here he found out our pressure regulator was broken. He explained things simply and understandably and he was very efficient getting these problems fixed for us, on a Sunday no less! Thank you again Kam! Would highly recommend Lawson plumbing.
Lawson Family Plumbing was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From my very first call with Brooke, I was impressed by how professional, kind, and responsive she was. Robert handled the repair, and his service was outstanding. We had a major leak in one of our pipes that caused damage to the floor and the ceiling below, and they came out quickly to help us out. The pricing was very reasonable, the work was done quickly and accurately, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. He arrived on time, was very patient with all of my questions, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to be thorough and make sure everything was done right. From the moment I inquired about an appointment, the communication was great. They called me back right away and were able to schedule me for the very next day. I’ve been using Lawson Family Plumbing in the Metro Phoenix area for years, and I always request Robert because he’s simply the best!
