WOW!!! This place is a joke. I dropped off my taxes over three weeks ago. Paul one of the so called tax experts told me he would need a week to do the taxes. My taxes are easy I gave him a print out from quick books all they had to do is fill in the blanks. I called last week to make an appointment to pick up the taxes. Arrived at 9:00 AM waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes Paul came out and told me my taxes weren’t done. So why did they give me an appointment? To drive 50 minutes? He said he had not even started them. So I ask why was I there? I’m not a tax guy but I know it goes fast when you have all the info listed from quick books. So know I have to find a tax guy with only a week left. If I could give this company a zero rating I would.
Liz did a great job with our taxes. She was always courteous and professional even though we were new clients this year. She explained the changes effecting our taxes and made sure all questions and concerns were answered. LBS Tax was a wonderful service!
