Just recently moved to the Springs from the East Coast and the mounting head holding my stone on my engagement ring decides to break off. After crying for a while, I began thorough research and found this amazing establishment! I also had a different and unique center stone with which I wanted to replace the original, as well as some sizing. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful every time we came in, and every phone call was answered. The work is incredible, and I have fallen in love with my engagement ring all over again! I brought some family jewelry to Legacy & Co. Jewelers to be appraised for insurance purposes. I also had a few items repaired and sold a few items. Because of the sentimental value of what I was bringing in, I wanted to work with a trusted, high quality small business, and Legacy & Co. was wonderful! They demonstrated expertise and integrity throughout the process. They were clear and kind about what needed to be done and what I didn't need to pay for, and taught me more about what I have. Recently my grandma passed down her 60 year old wedding ring to me, and needless to say it was showing its age a bit, so I decided to have it cleaned up and sized. I had been following Legacy & Co on social media for a while and after reading online reviews as well, I knew that’s where I wanted to go. They were very friendly and personable with me and my husband, and they really took the time to chat with us and build rapport. My ring was completed on the promise date so they are reliable as well. My ring looks absolutely beautiful. Very happy with our experience and I would recommend anyone check them out. They do amazing custom work too (check out their social media!) so my husband and I will be back soon!
Writing this review after a whole YEAR of receiving my engagement ring from Legacy & Co. My ring is pretty intricate with about 37 stones of varying sizes and not a single one has fallen out or shifted out of place. I wear it basically every day and it still looks as perfect as the day I got it. Plus the service was incredible. Highly recommend!
