I absolutely adore my purchases (a rose gold knife-edge stacking ring, a pair of spike earrings, and a light chain). The owners were friendly and helpful, and they even completed a few repairs at no cost. I highly recommend this shop.
recently spent some time calling around to a few jewelers and reading online reviews to have some repair work done. The few jewelers I phoned quickly came off the list. One jeweler’s name came up a few times and after a search, I headed his way. I knew almost immediately that I had found the perfect jeweler! Matt is patient and engaging, professional and friendly and generous with suggestions and advice. His pricing is also so much better than pricy box stores that don’t let you talk with the jewelers directly. You talk with the sales rep who then goes back and forth. So time time consuming. Also, I didn’t realize that jewelry cleaning was anything more than a steam cleaning process. Matthew also polished my rings after a super hot steam bath and, WOW! My rings are next level beautiful and shiny and sparkly! Happily, Matt is my new go-to Jeweler! He’s awesome. Thanks Matt. It was a pleasure working with you!
I chose to bring my rings here based off of the reviews and Matthew Thomas did not disappoint! I have a tension set ring that I have not been able to wear in years after having babies. We were told this ring could never be resized because of the tension setting. After bringing to a big name jewelry store and them trying their best to get me to choose a new band for the diamond and quoting me almost $2000 to resize and change the tension setting band, I decided to try and find a jeweler I could actually talk with rather than having a sales person go between me and the jeweler at their store. I stumbled upon Matthew Thomas Jewelers and read through reviews and decided to give him a try. He was not only able to resize my rings but he was able to SAVE my tension set! My ring looks almost exactly the same as the day I got it - aside from the band being a bit oblong to fit the new size and keep the tension…which you cannot tell when wearing it. And the cost was less than 1/3 of the cost I was quoted from the big box jewelry store! I am SO SO happy that he was able to save my ring and it did not break the bank. Thank you Matthew!!!!
We had all of our rings made at Mathew Thomas Jewelers (my engagement ring, wedding band, and my husband's wedding band) in downtown Colorado Springs. He takes so much pride in the craftsmanship of these pieces. He worked one-on-one with my husband when he designed my engagement ring. They sat together and looked at various designs until my husband picked what he liked. When it was time for us to pick our wedding bands, he sat with us and let us look at each option. He even gave us recommendations on how to increase the longevity of the rings, and asked us to bring them in within a year so he could make sure they were holding up. His prices were very reasonable, and his service was top-notch! We highly recommend him!
My fiancé and I wanted to find a small, locally owned jeweler instead of a big chain jeweler, and we are so happy we came across Matthew Thomas Jewler. We went in with a specific request for a particular color sapphire, and Matthew went above and beyond to find and source a sapphire that was quality and met our specifications. My engagement ring turned out better than I hoped. His craftsmanship is excellent. My fiancé is also very happy with his wedding band. Matthew was genuine, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process.
