My mom has done a lot of jewelry there. I recently bought an engagement ring there. They are very fast. They even resize rings. Quality diamonds. Quality settings.
I received great personalized service. Whatever I needed, they were very helpful. So far they have cleaned, repaired and adjusted my jewelry. I also had some pieces appraised.
I read many comments saying that they were pricey but worth it, I have to say they were right! I had my engagement and wedding band resized after giving birth. Yes it was pricey (white gold rings) but I'm truly happy with their work. I can't even tell where they added some gold and they came back polished and shining like the day I got them. Very friendly staff as well.
I had a vintage ring repaired and resized today here and I couldn’t be happier! The prices are a bit higher than other places but it’s so worth it for the quality of the work and the employees friendliness! I received a ring from my grandmother but it was missing a diamond and needed to be resized (and desperately needed a good cleaning). I was met with friendly and smiling faces and the work was completed within a couple hours. It looks like a completely different ring! I’m so happy with it! I’ll be bringing my other pieces for repairs here in the near future. Thank you all so much!
