From my initial phone conversation with Taylor, I felt confident about how my son’s visit would go. She was kind, attentive, and responsive qualities that immediately set a positive tone and are so important when choosing a pediatric office. On the day of our appointment, my son and I were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles from the front desk staff. The office itself is adorable and very kid-friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and we were seen promptly. Dr. Wilson was absolutely wonderful patient, understanding, and highly knowledgeable. She provided thoughtful guidance and made us feel truly heard. I am very grateful for the care we received and look forward to our next visit.
Wonderful experience at Lighthouse Pediatrics. I’m so glad we chose Dr. Wilson and her team for our child’s medical care. My son has been seeing Dr. Wilson since he came home from the NICU. Dr. Wilson is very kind, attentive, and of course, knowledgeable. Her staff are very professional and kind. My baby boy is 15mos and growing strong. With Dr. Wilson's care, all my questions and concerns are answered. The staff is very accommodating. I also love how there's a Sick entrance and a Well entrance for the little patients.
Dr. Wilson and her team are truly incredible. From the moment we walk in, everyone is so kind, patient, and genuinely friendly greeting us individually and making us feel immediately welcome. I have never once felt rushed. Dr. Wilson always takes the time to answer extra questions, and after appointments we’re welcomed to let my little one finish a bottle or change a diaper without any pressure to hurry out. Somehow my children always seem to get sick right before a holiday, and I have never had to wait more than a few hours for a sick appointment. As a mother, that gives me so much confidence knowing my children will always have access to care when they need it most. Anytime I call with a question about a cough, fever, or anything else, Dr. Wilson or her team always call me back promptly with clear next steps. On top of the amazing care, the office and bathrooms are always spotless. We feel so supported, cared for, and at ease here. I truly couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician!
Dr. Wilson is truly the best! My teenage daughters absolutely love her. Her gentle spirit puts them at ease, and I’m so thankful for her and her excellent staff. A special shoutout to her new nurse as well; she’s AMAZING! I can’t remember her name, but I remember she moved from New England, and my girls thought she was so caring and kind. Thank you, Lighthouse Pediatrics, for always taking such great care of my kiddos! ❤️
