The massage was fine but the customer service was terrible- at the end by the male receptionist. I have never been asked directly how much I want to tip and then been scoffed at and rudely questioned. It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional

I purchased a $150 gift certificate for my husband. He received a massage yesterday. He loved the massage but hated that the receptionist kept telling him he was 'squeezed in' as if a favor was being done and not that he was receiving a service that was paid for. He left without the gift certificate that made note of his remaining credit. I went to the business to pick it up and the receptionist immediately attacked my husband's character. He was very rude and offensive in claiming that my husband was 'having a bad day' and 'had an attitude', neither of which were true. Never expect people to shrink themselves in order to make you comfortable. He was also VERY adamant about a $20 tip. Whoever it is that said tips aren't required is very unaware of this guy's behavior. My husband's massage was $90 meaning he should have a credit of $60. The receptionist is not only rude and unprofessional, but he's also a thief. Once at home, I realized he only credited $50 instead of $60. I NEVER agreed to a $10 tip - he took it. That guy told me all the bad reviews were about him. Rightfully so and here's another one. Again, my husband loved his massage but had already been turned off by the receptionist when he called to make his appointment. My encounter only made matters worse. I need a refund of the remaining $60 that was not used because we will NOT be returning.

I’ve been to this place a few times for massages & once for the sauna They keep it clean, the owners are very nice and accommodating. I spur of the moment call for an appointment and they usually can get me in right away…. They even stayed open longer for us when we were there after they closed. Would recommend!

I had a great experience! It was my first time to do the Vichy body scrub and I loved it! I could immediately tell how much softer my skin was! I ended up doing the scrub and massage combo and it was wonderful! Definitely recommend!

I can’t recommend Ying enough! I’ve never had a massage like hers in my life. The whole experience was lovely and everyone there was welcoming and helpful. If you’re debating, definitely give Ling’s a shot!
