Our experience with Lisa was excellent! My wife and I were impressed with the way Lisa communicated with us throughout the process. Since we were relocating from out of state, she showed us several different areas so we could get a feel for the communities and feel confident in the area we ultimately chose. Once we found the home we wanted, she was incredibly tactful in her approach to the negotiation to ensure we made the right offer quickly, which was accepted same day against another competing offer. As we moved into the inspection process, Lisa was very hands on and helped us coordinate all of the right contractors to ensure that our home was safe and that we were paying a fair price. She is a master in her craft and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Milwaukee area.
I truly can’t say enough good things about my Lisa! She was extremely knowledgeable, always prompt with replies, and genuinely great to work with as a person. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her guidance. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Lisa is a rare realtor who has integrity, is trustworthy, is a very hard worker, has vast knowledge of the market, does very thorough research, is a great negotiator, and puts her clients first. She is a fantastic realtor. She put us ahead of her own interests and found a perfect home for us. She is also a remarkably nice person and we are lucky to count her as a friend and representative.
We first met Lisa last year, as we began our search for a condominium in downtown Milwaukee. Over the ensuing months, she provided us with her insights and kept us advised of new listings on the market. We ended up liking a listing by one of her clients, and worked with her as we progressed through the negotiations and the closing. Lisa was diligent throughout the process, and highly responsive to our requests for information. Moreover, she was scrupulously honest with us about various aspects of the property, which we appreciated.
Lisa is truly a gem. She is attentive, thorough, detailed, and incredibly knowledgeable. She anticipates, thinks critically, and guides from start to finish and is more than one could ask for in a realtor. She has become such an important resource for me, my family and friends— we couldn’t ask for a better advocate in home buying/selling!
