When it came to selling our home, we knew Paul would be the one to help us in the process. Paul was so helpful in the entire process, made it easy, respected our schedules, and helped us more than we could have imagined. Paul and his team are the absolute best. It was bittersweet to leave Milwaukee but Paul made it such a great experience and we never worried about the biggest piece, selling our home.
My husband and I enjoyed working with Tim Baldwin to buy our home in Milwaukee! We wanted a historic home and wanted to work with a real estate agent who was knowledgeable about them. Not all Realtors are, and many don't understand or even like older homes and they try to steer you towards something newer or new construction... My husband and I didn't want that. I found Tim and McKenna Real Estate online after Googling something like "historic home realtor in Milwaukee." I then contacted him about some properties we were interested in, and he was very responsive and quickly set up viewing appointments. Ultimately, we ended up buying a home that wasn't on our list and that Tim found for us! Buying a home is stressful, but Tim made things go smoothly. We closed on time and moved in that day. No shenanigans or delays. He communicated well and got us all necessary paperwork on time. He was clear about deadlines for signatures, inspections, etc. I would highly recommend Tim Baldwin to be your Realtor, especially if you are a historic home enthusiast!
We have been working with Paul since October 2023, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. He is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the area, providing thorough inspections of each home we were interested in. He is NOT a pushy realtor and does not have any sales-y vibes. He provided thoughtful insight and allowed us to come to a decision on our own terms. We've worked with 2 other realtors before Paul and have not had any experience close to this. Paul helped us craft a competitive offer, and thanks to his expertise, we secured a house that met all our criteria.
