John came promptly to quote for a boiler replacement. We were quite anxious as my partner is due to give birth any day now and we really needed hot water and reliable heating for the homebirth. John went out of his way to fit the boiler at very short notice, which is immensely appreciated. He is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The boiler installation is to a very high quality. I had also later messaged him about a minor unrelated issue with my stop tap and, instead of charging for a callout, he helped me quickly fix the issue on my own. I would highly recommend Liverpool Heating!
Liverpool Heating installed at my home Worcester Bosch 8000+ 32 KW Combi boiler. My old Worcester Boiler of 13 years decided to pack during the Christmas period. John Allen promptly responded to my request for a quote. I found John's details from the Worcester Bosch Installer website and Liverpool Heating has a Which Trader badge. On the appointed day John arrived with the new boiler and he was ably assisted by Jack (with copious amounts of Red Bull). John did a thorough and professional job in installing the new boiler and testing it. He fitted the Hive Thermostat as well as asked me to download the Hive app from Google Playstore. This feature helps to use your smart phone to control the boiler timings. He fitted the Flue and cemented the surrounds and sealed it. I had an existing exterior Flue diffuser and he fitted the Flue exhaust to the diffuser. For the external Condensate pipe, I have seen other installers use 10mm pipe, who could freeze in the inclement weather. But John fitted a 25mm pipe and connected it to the kitchen water pipe. The installation was professional done, John was very polite and a good conversationalist with details knowledge of contemporary news topics. The work area was properly cleaned up. I am very happy with the work done and am glad to recommend John to family and friends for Gas Boiler replacement and repairs.
Liverpool Heating supported us with replacing our old, broken boiler, and overall we had a great experience from start to finish. As this all happened in the middle of winter, their timely responses and quick appointments made a huge difference and really helped minimise the inconvenience for us. Everything was easy and quick to arrange, from the initial appointment to receiving the quotes. John was brilliant throughout: he checked everything carefully in the house, took plenty of time to explain things, and answered all our questions. Later on, while we were considering the quotes, he was very patient and responsive to our follow-up inquiries, which we really appreciated. It’s a family-owned business, and that care and attention really shows. We were also able to book the boiler replacement relatively quickly. On the day itself, both John and Jack were respectful and a pleasure to have in the house. They even stayed longer to help fix a few radiators that weren’t working properly before the boiler breakdown. We now have a cosy, warm house and hot water, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. A genuinely positive experience from start to finish, and we would strongly recommend them.

My boiler died on me and John was brilliant at keeping in touch to let me know when he could get a new one fitted. It was a bit of a complicated job because apparently the original flue hadn't been fitted according to regulations - but the 2 guys who fitted it all sorted everything out, drilling through the wall in a different place, filling in the original hole. My bathroom was left really clean, all rubbish was taken away. The boiler they fitted is a high spec, too. I'm really happy with the whole process and would highly recommend John and his team.
