The food was delicious. We ordered the kanto combo for the kids which has one good size pork spring roll, one siomai, rice and a can of soda, one order of sisig with rice, extra order of pork spring rolls and kwek kwek. It was very satisfying and was reasonably priced. We are looking forward to coming to their new location. Please continue making tasty Filipino dishes and friendly service.
The food here is delicious! Ordered their pork skewers combo and sisig and the flavors truly reminded me of home. Oftentimes, you'll find that Fililino food (on average) can be pricey or the quality and quantity may not be what you're expecting for what you're paying, but Lola Liza's definitely surpassed my expectations. Great value, good portions, and food that tastes homemade. Super friendly staff working here as well who treat their customers like family. I had such a great experience that I also ordered catering for a large party: Pancit Bihon, Veggie Spring Rolls, and Pork Spring rolls. Food was hot and fresh and was ready without any delays. My friends absolutely loved the food! Will be coming back to try more of their menu items. Highly recommend this place!
Lola Liza Foods is hidden gem Filipino food and snack shop by the Kitchener Via Rail station. They have a good selection of food on their menu, favourite is the pork lumpia, they crispy and flavourful. Staff are very friendly and helpful in answering any questions if you're unfamiliar with the cuisine.
I had a wonderful experience at the Lola Liza Food. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every BBQ and dish was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented . It truly felt like great value for the price. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to others. Lola Liza is one of the best when it comes to Filipino food.
Cute little Filipino food truck conveniently located by the train station. They have a selection of street style Filipino dishes like quail eggs, meatloaf and pork skewers. The skewers were so juicy and the marinade was delicious. The chefs are extremely friendly and answered all our questions about allergens for the food. They have a small picnic table set up next to the truck so you can enjoy your street food right after ordering. They take cash, e-transfer and have tap for card payments. This little truck makes the poorly designed Kitchener GO parking lot and drop off almost worth it...
