Yesterday 1/24/26 my son in law had planned a birthday dinner for my daughter. He had been calling all week to "remind" them that our party of 16 would be there. We understand the no reserved table policy, but I have NEVER been treated like we were yesterday(the manager was extremelyrude). We were broken up into 2 parties of 8 and sat in COMPLETELY different sides if the restaurant. We asked why the 2 booths that were right next to the table that sat 8 could not be utilitzed, amd were told it would overwhelm the wait staff. WOW. Thats incredibly sad!! So I called the Outback from your restaurant and they took our party immediately. We had a WONDERFUL meal, with a great serverer who was left very happy. Sad that your restaurant was so completely unwilling to work with us that you lost a $1000 sale, and you denied your waitstaff the opportunity of a wonderful tip! Will NEVER return.
Well, the food here is always excellent. I enjoy the salads and soups and most recently the chicken parmesan. However, I have one complaint. This was a pickup order, and all was well… until I got home. Again, the entrees were excellent, but I was really looking forward the bread. It is usually so fluffy and delicious. It’s one thing that sets this restaurant apart. So you can imagine how disappointed I was when I pulled the bread out and it was completely stale and crusty and hard. It was inedible, and I threw it in the trash. You might think, “Whatever, it’s just bread,” and maybe you’re right. But that disappointment ruined the whole meal experience for me. How can you do so well on so many items and knowingly serve customers three-day-old, stale bread? Would you serve stale bread to your friends or family at dinner? No, of course not. So why would you serve it to me and my family?
⭐ 1-Star Review I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I took my mom and grandma to LongHorn Steakhouse for dinner, hoping for a relaxing night. As a former service industry manager with over 10 years of experience, I’m very patient and understanding. I’m normally the one calming everyone down when things run behind, but this visit was beyond anything I could excuse. Our server greeted us but never introduced herself. I brushed it off and placed our drink and appetizer order. About 20 minutes passed, and I politely asked her to check on the appetizer. No big deal, until 45 minutes later when she returned asking how everything was. I tried to explain that we still hadn’t received the appetizer, but she cut me off mid-sentence to say, “Don’t worry, your salads will be out momentarily.” Ten minutes later, salads and entrées arrived but still no appetizer. I asked to speak with a manager, who took another 10 minutes to appear. When I explained everything, she said “okay” and disappeared into the kitchen. No apology, no accountability, no follow-up. We finished our meals, still no appetizer. When the check came, it was still listed on the bill. When I pointed it out, the server asked, “Did you want me to take the appetizer off or did you want to pay for it?” At that point, I was speechless. She eventually removed it, but that was it. No discount, no guest recovery, nothing. This wasn’t just a bad night. This was a clear failure in leadership. The managers were nowhere to be found on the floor, the communication was nonexistent, and the effort to recover a guest was zero. Even a simple update like, “Hey, the fry station’s running behind,” would have gone a long way. And just to top it off, as we were leaving, the server asked me to fill out a review on her behalf right after I told her the experience was horrible. You can’t make this up. For the record, I still tipped 15%, not because the service was good, but because I don’t believe in not tipping. To management, this is a learning opportunity. Lead your team, support your staff, and take ownership when guests have valid concerns. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location, but I do recommend a serious management meeting.
We arrived on Friday evening and were so lucky that the host managed to seat us in a cozy, quiet corner at a comfortable table for four. The restaurant was full — and it was easy to see why. The attentive service, charming cowboy décor, and most importantly, the flavorful dinner options made for a wonderful dining experience. We loved the tasty, tender meat, and the crispy Brussels sprouts were absolutely delicious. The beef burger was very tasty. The French fries, Soup and strawberry pecan salad were just as enjoyable. Before dinner, we were served a warm bun with plenty of butter — a perfect start to the meal. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great steakhouse experience.
First time here and I enjoyed every second. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Had a short wait and they were true to the time. The environment was was nice. The Mac n cheese was also was really good. I generally eat only appetizers. The spinach dip is A1, I'll be back for it. I only tasted the entree & desert. My boyfriend loved both.
