This place was a 10/10 the decor was amazing the service was friendly and amazing the food was good and my drink flight was so well put together and delicious I highly recommend going and trying it out!

Luis was our server and he was so attentive, had great suggestions on what to try and very kind🥰 My aunt had the chicken Fajitas and I ordered the taco salad. Everything from the rice, to the queso, to the salsa and chips were served HOT & DELICIOUS 😋 The margarita flight we ordered with the strawberry, mango and passion fruit flavors were light and refreshing. The rooftop opens at 4:30 and I feel is a good place to enjoy the beginning of the fall. We will be returning soon. (Sorry no food pics due to the hungry nature at the time. LOL!)

I came here for a pre birthday celebration and it was hilarious. The food was greasy and the drink was watered down. Then the manager gone come to the table trying to to tell me that I wasn’t seeing what I saw talking about you ate it and I told him as I was eating all I seen was grease in my dog gone food and he wanted to argue with me like I can’t see no cheese sauce and the drink wasn’t frozen it didn’t have that much slush in it so liquidity it didn’t make sense to me. Very bad experience this time poise the rice wasn’t the same color as I’ve been ordering. I knew something wasn’t right when I saw the food and drink come to the table, but they want to get you drunk so you wouldn’t notice… This is the one Downtown Memphis😡😡😡

I ordered two carne asada tacos and two shrimp tacos — simple, authentic, and exactly how they should be served. The meat was flavorful, and the portions were just right. I was very satisfied. The staff was also very accommodating with my drink order — they even sent over the manager to make sure we were on the same page, which I really appreciated. Great food and great service. I will definitely be back.

I was visiting Memphis Downtown and needed a solid dinner spot—Los Comales delivered! The food and drinks were delicious and super affordable, and I really loved the atmosphere. Here are my takeaways: Environment Los Comales offers a spacious setup with plenty of dining options and multiple bars, making it perfect for any occasion—whether you're alone, on a date, or with a big group of friends. They can accommodate it all. The evening I visited was pretty chill (it was a weekday, so that probably played a role), but the vibe was authentic and relaxed. Service The service was great. Since it was a slower evening, my server didn’t have too many tables, but he still went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. It's a traditional sit-down restaurant service: you come in, get seated, place your order and enjoy. Everything was great! Food Everything I tried was fantastic, and the prices were a breath of fresh air—especially if you’re coming from DC like me, where things can get pricey. I started with a margarita (huge and so good!), followed by some hot, delicious queso dip. For my main course, I had the chicken enchiladas with beans and rice, and it was all so flavorful and filling. If I find myself in Memphis again, I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. Overall Los Comales is a hidden gem in downtown Memphis. It offers great food, great space, and great service. If you’re in Memphis, it’s worth a visit—no hesitation. Go check it out!
