Worst company ever don’t buy from here!!!!! Ordered a 400£ wardrobe and it was too big for my home and they only have a 14 days return policy. I’m 18 with a 1 year old baby and I had made a mistake with measurements and they refused to take the wardrobe back even though it was unopened and out of the box and left me short on money over cheirmas and I still don’t have a wardrobe for my home. It’s led to so many issues over cheirmas with money and living in a home with clothes piled on the floor the company had absolutely no compassion or help for the situation and wouldn’t take the wardrobe back even under 30 days. Horrible horrible company don’t ever buy from here STAY CLEAR

I got a bedframe and mattress. A few days after Love furniture put it up the bed frame began to come apart. They were out 6 times before I asked for a refund which was refused. I had to do through the small claims and even the first letter was ignored prompting me to have to take it further costing me more money. Absolutely shocking customer service

Ordered a wardrobe saying it was on way from depot and would be delivered in 3 weeks. A few days later get a message saying it was delayed a further 2 weeks. Had to contact them to see when it would be in after waiting 3 weeks. Then on deliver day an afternoon slot was requested, husband takes afternoon off work to wait for delivery. After numerous calls saying I'm next on the list I get a call at 7pm saying it will not be delivered and assembled today like I had paid for. I look forward to seeing how they fix this matter.
