Awesome company, fair and honest. Nuno was great, he figured out a tricky leak that two other companies couldn’t figure out. Price was fair and they showed up when they said they would. I would have no problem recommending Luso Roofing. More companies should operate like this!

Unlike previous companies that just looked for wet spots inside, he performed a thorough roof inspection, including attic inspection to pinpoint the exact entry point. He clearly explained that the issue was not just a cracked shingle, but a failure in the back pan flashing itself. The quote was reasonable and clearly itemized. Once approved, the repair crew showed up promptly. They were incredibly efficient, respectful of my property, and took great care to lay down tarps. The actual repair involved removing the old, faulty flashing, installing new customized metal flashing, and resealing all points of entry. They even reinforced a nearby vent stack as a preventative measure. I highly recommend Luso Roofing for any roofing needs, especially for hard-to-diagnose leaks. Multiple jobs have been done on my roof - repairs, tune ups etc. and all have solved leaks + have had the fix for over a year and it is still holding up perfectly.
