I had a great time working with the team at Professional Roofers, and Alfredo in particular as my estimator. We knew we were going to have to replace the roof when we bought the house as there were already a number of patch jobs and missing shingles on the nearly thirty year old roof. As a new homeowner, I was very grateful to the very thoughtful and clear explanation about roofing that was provided during the initial visit, and Alfredo was very patient and responsive to all my questions. We had quotes from four pretty large names in the roofing space, and Alfredo was the only one with the foresight to get permission to fly his drone around our property as it is close by the airport. I felt he gave us honest trade-offs for what options we had and explained upfront what would and would not be covered by warranty. He was also the only roofer to explain to me the different available brands of shingle, and which ones were Canadian-made. After doing my own research and validating, I ended up asking for a more premium shingle on our roof than the one Alfredo recommended, for my own personal peace of mind with resistance to wind damages, and because we installed later in the season than would have been ideal given our closing date. Alfredo was the most responsive, friendly, and professional out of all the contacts I had with the various companies, and in the end gave us a price for the IKO Dynasty shingle comparable to other roofers quotes for the IKO Cambridge. On the day of the actual work, the team showed up at 8am and worked tirelessly to finish and cleanup by sundown, getting our 1600 sqft townhouse done in a single day. I will keep this review updated as time progresses and I work with the team on any follow-up issues, but as of the time of the work completion I would happily work with Professional Roofers again!
We got our residential home roof replacement completed by Professional Roofers on 28th September 2025. We are happy that we selected them for this task and are extremely satisfied with their work. Our roof looks great! Their sales representative Adam Witte was the first one from the company, whom we came in contact with. He visited our property, took drone pictures of our roof and provided us a very reasonable estimate. He is very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us very clear answers to our questions and presented good options which helped us a lot in making final decision for selection of Professional roofers for our home roof replacement. Professional roofers team dealt with our roof work in extremely professional manner. Our roof project was big. Therefore, 2 teams were employed to complete the work on due time. The team members were very polite, hardworking and they completed their work with best effort. They covered our plants properly to avoid any damages and put sheets on the grass to collect falling debris. After finishing work each day, they made sure to do thorough cleanup around the premises. The roof work they did is amazing and it speaks for itself. Their Quality inspector did inspection of the roof on the completion day. I would highly recommend professional roofers to all who are looking to get their roof replacement work done.
I got my roof done today and it looks amazing! Professional Roofers did an excellent job with my roof repair. Patrick was absolutely wonderful; he completed a thorough roof inspection and even went out of his way to meet with me after work to explain the quotes in detail. As a first-time homeowner, I was understandably cautious, but Patrick was always just a phone call away and guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Christian and his team arrived early and worked efficiently and respectfully. I was especially grateful that they carefully covered all of my precious plants. Overall, an A+ experience with Professional Roofers! Highly recommend.
Professional Roofers are amazing! Adam Witte, the estimator helped us out from start to finish. Not the typical pushy Sales person. Walked us through the whole process. Workers came on time and finished in a timely manner. They had a quality control manager Leandro Oliveira, that would come and check the job when it was finished. He made sure all my questions were answered. Dont go with the fly by night roofing companies. Would definitely recommend!
