Very clean, respectful staff and great service! This was my first time here and I went for a pedicure, Lilly did my toes. The paint job was really nice and she took her time with the whole process. I wanted 4th of July colors and she did phenomenal with my inspo pic, I got the deluxe pedicure and will definitely try the other ones next time! I’ll be back. adding on, I’ve been back multiple times and never was disappointed. got my first full set from this salon for new years and it turned out great!
This was my first time at Lux Nails. I will definitely be going back! My manicurist took care to shape my nails the way I wanted, and helped me create my vision based off photo inspiration and showing options. She made sure to confirm as we went along so there were no mistakes! She made my day!
I have gone to this nail salon about 10 times and today was the last time. I was disappointed with how quickly the service was. No nail prep, soak, cuticles, nothing at all. Just rushed right into the dip powder. It wasn’t after she finished with the nails that she quickly did my cuticles but not all could be done since there was base and top coat over my cuticles and skin. Was a poorly done nail service and was taken 15-20 minutes late with an appointment…I have had good service in the past but this wasn’t a good experience and a quick slap on job for money.
I waited to write this because I never do write bad business reviews. I got a full set from Chloe on Oct 30. She had someone else polish my nails. Literally Nov 1, I was doing my hair and the polish was bubbling. They were closed Sunday, so I had another shop change the polish. I kid you not, Nov 3, I tied my shoe and my nail broke off. It didn’t hurt. Just fell off. I go back to the second shop because they had the color I wanted. He fixes it. It hasn’t been a full two weeks and one nail Broke and another cracked on the surface. This was my second time going here. I love the way Chloe shapes, which is why I went back. The first time I had her do a fill months ago, all my nails were lifting (idk) and I had green fungus for months! Idk why she didn’t do a full set if she saw it. Either way, I won’t be back.
I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! One of the owners, the wife, took care of me during my visit, and she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Even though she seemed to be running everything on her own, she still made me feel like I had her full attention the entire time. She was very attentive and did a fantastic job, especially with cleaning my cuticles, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to receive that level of care and detail. I was honestly surprised (in the best way) by the quality of service I received. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon to others looking for great service in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
