Sandy gives the best massage ever. She really cares and does a complete job from head to toe. Every muscle was deeply massaged.
Literally the greatest, most effective deep tissue massage I've ever experienced. No frills, all results. Definitely returning.
Massages were mediocre. Paid for 2 which we both received differently. One star because of the forced tipping. When handed tip money over she refused to split the tip with her co worker and when I kept trying to explain that the money was for the both of them and to give my money back and give me change instead so I could each hand them the money, they didnt seem to understand anything I was saying. The door is locked coming in and she had to let us out and it felt very uncomfortable. Especially being forced to tip the money I dont have to spend.
I had a great experience during my first massage here a few months ago, even with the language barrier. However, I came back today for a deep tissue massage and unfortunately did not have the same experience. About 10 minutes in, I asked for more pressure, as the massage felt more like rushed lotion application and friction than deep tissue work. After that, the service seemed to decline further, with rushed and overly hard strokes that were very uncomfortable. I left feeling disappointed and regretting that I didn’t go to my usual place. Sadly, I won’t be returning, as this service did not feel worth the $104 I paid, including tip and service fee.
I had a couples massage at this location back in February, and it was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They were very kind to us while we waited and once the room was ready, the massage was great and they often checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We truly had a great experience. We will for sure be back again, thank you Orchid Day Spa team!
