My experience at Mad About Style was incredibly frustrating, all thanks to someone named Chelsea. Her attitude was arrogant and completely unprofessional—like she had zero interest in helping anyone but herself. It was honestly one of the rudest encounters I’ve had in a retail setting. If this is the kind of service the store stands behind, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.
Such a gem of a shop! Local, female-owned small business with gorgeous clothes and an amazing staff. As an older woman I always feel spoiled and never judged by the wonderful sales team whenever I visit. The pieces are timeless and unique. i always get compliments on my Mad items! Love them!
The shopping experience at Mad About Style truly feels like shopping in your best friends closet. The helpful and personable team makes for such a comfortable and enjoyable visit and the clothes are by far some of the most beautiful and special pieces you will find in this city. Forever my first choice.
I bought one of the MAD Collection sweater dresses (which is beautiful) and it began to pill after the first time wearing it. I hadn’t washed it yet. For the price point, I expected higher quality. When I reached out to the customer care team, I was advised that it was basically my fault for wearing a lanyard over the dress as I do for work. I understand sweaters pill over time, but after one wear is unacceptable quality. Save your money, folks.
Store has cute things but if you’re shopping online, note that you are responsible for the return shipping AND they don’t refund you the original shipping. So you will pay $30 for the opportunity to try something on if you don’t like it. I signed up for the newsletter to get 10% off first purchase but the code wasn’t provided so I had to reach out to get the code.
