Would give 100 stars if I could. I genuinely cannot say enough great things about this store. Sophia & Paige are amazing, and take great care of all customers. The clothes are on the pricier side, but you get the quality for what you pay for - and on bigger sizes! No more struggling looking for cute clothes that fit me comfortably. And their jewlery is so beautiful too.
If I had the option to give this boutique a ten star rating, I would. My teenage daughter and I went this past weekend to try and find a dress for her; she had a semi-formal event this week and we had no luck elsewhere. It was our first time here and we arrived a bit pressed for time and my daughter was losing hope that we’d find anything that she felt comfortable in. We had nothing to fear. From the moment we walked in, Paige was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about the stock and what might work best for my daughter. Within a couple of minutes we had a small handful of options and my daughter was smiling and laughing. Paige made us feel welcomed, giving us just enough attention so that we felt cared for but not so much that we felt pressured. We ended up buying two dresses and some accessories and as soon as we were back outside, we both said, “we should go back there again!” Next time, we will *start* our shopping trip at Valencia. Oh, and one more note. When we left, we realized we must have lost track of time because it was already almost 20 minutes after they were scheduled to close. We never realized it because Paige’s priority apparently had been to make sure we were happy with our experience, never pressing us to leave as it was closing time. So to Paige: I am sorry we kept you past closing! And also: thank you so much for your assistance on Sunday. You helped my daughter feel confident and beautiful. We are officially Valencia fans!
I had the best experience at Valencia Boutique. Staff were super friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable immediately. They have beautiful clothing available in many sizes. I came in looking for 1 dress and ended up leaving with 2. My daughter joined me and they made her feel comfortable and included. If you're looking for a dress for the holiday season or any other event, I highly recommend paying them a visit.
I went to Valencia for the first time today, and I was so impressed! Sophia who helped me was an absolute pleasure. The variety and styles were beautiful, and I left with exactly what I needed.
You'd think being from the US I'd have been to a boutique that offers plus sizes, but I actually haven't! And the clothes are actually cute! Unfortunately I didn't buy anything because I was just accompanying a friend. The staff are very nice as well!
