We hosted a family event in the Oakley Taproom and were very happy with how well everything went. MadTree is very professional in their approach and our service on the day of the event was exceptional. We had 36 people in total aged from 2 year to 88 years. Everyone had a great time. Food was served on schedule, venue was clean & organized. Having a seperate area with dedicated service made the whole night very enjoyable. We will be back.
Parks & Rec was a hit as the venue of my Welcome Party venue. Parks and Rec is a modern and elegant space! It can be more casual or dressed up with a few extra touches. They include colored table cloths which definitely help pull the look together. I especially love the lights draped in the ceiling! It's event spaces are really spacious and with the privacy blinds - you don't remember that there are a bunch of people outside of your room! I watched this venue be built and toured it for our event before it opened! I'm so glad it worked out that we got to host here. Everyone raved about how cool the space is! If you are planning something while the weather is nice, be sure to pick the Sequoia room! There is an outdoor patio that it's included and great for Cornhole! Lastly - the staff is amazing. Shout out to Catie Beth who was always accommodating and there to answer our questions promptly and kindly.
We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Alcove in OTR and it was a beautiful space and perfect size for the amount of guests we had (38). Many people complimented the food, and we were allowed to bring an outside dessert (I made a homemade cake). All the staff were lovely and very helpful. They supplied tablecloths and napkins in our chosen colors and I brought little bud vases, votive holders and table runners to accessorize. Would highly recommend for a rehearsal dinner spot!
Beautiful and bright space! Alyse was very responsive. Great reviews on food from guests. Definitely suggest hiring a day of coordinator to help day-of if you don’t plan on having a family/friends managing that. The coordinator for the Alcove is focused on the venue and execution, which is great!
We hosted my son's wedding at the Loft at Alcove. All of our guests remarked on what a beautiful venue it was. From the natural light coming in through the windows to the gorgeous fern chandelier, the Loft has such a unique vibe. We truly appreciated the hard work of the banquet staff during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception. Kaelan, our event captain did a wonderful job keeping everything moving and was always available should I have a question or need something. The bartenders kept the glasses full and the lines short. I was amazed at how efficiently they were able to serve 100 guests dinner. So many people commented on how good the food was. In the end, it was the perfect place to celebrate the wedding of our son, his new bride, and the beginning of their life together.
